Summer IPA is brewed using Maris otter ale malt and new world hops to produce a medium bodied Indian Pale Ale. Heavy dry hopping using Cascade and Pacifica hops on the fifth day of fermentation provides a pronounced citrus, grapefruit and orange aroma.
